We provide tailor-made support to people with learning disabilities, mental health issues and other support needs. We specialise in helping people move back home from ‘out of area’ placements and encourage independent living. We're based in the South West and Dumfries & Galloway.
Dimensions Care
We offer specialist residential care services for children with social, emotional and mental health needs. Many of these children have experienced trauma, neglect or abuse resulting in challenging behaviours. We're based in the Midlands.
Juventas
We provide supported accommodation for vulnerable young people aged from 10 to 18. We specialise in helping unaccompanied asylum seekers, Looked After children and children with social, emotional and complex needs. We're based in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.
Premier Care Management
We provide community and outreach services for vulnerable adults, young people and young offenders who are leaving care. Our aim is to improve the transition from care to support and from childhood to adulthood by delivering the highest standards of advice, assistance and reassurance. We're based in Bristol.
ProCare Wales
We provide registered care home and community supported living services for adults and children with complex needs. We specialise in caring for people who have been excluded from mainstream or specialist services or experienced previous placement breakdowns. We're based in North Wales.
Seaside Care Homes
We provide long- and short-term residential care for young people with special educational needs and disabilities. We also offer ‘step-down’ services between hospital and home and long-term residential placements following illness or injury. We're based in Essex.
Sportfit
We offer bespoke support for 16-19-year-olds with developmental delays, a background in abuse or family relationship breakdowns. We provide help with independent living, domiciliary care, activity support and emergency and respite care. We're based in Hampshire and Dorset.
Next Steps
