Job Overview
We are looking for caring, motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as a Care Assistant. You'll play a key role in supporting our residents with their daily routines, personal care social activities and community involvement. Each day will be different, but every day you'll make a genuine difference.
This is a service of two location who provide nursing and residential care and support to younger adults with complex health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provided high-quality care and support in line with individuals care plans
- Promote independence, choice, dignity in all aspects of daily living.
- Support with personal care, meals and medication (When required)
- Encourage and assist residents to take part in recreational and social activities.
- Supporting residents on outings, day trips, appointments and activities.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any changes or concerns promptly.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, seniors and management to ensure best outcomes.
We are looking for people who are compassionate, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping others.
Essential:
- A Caring and respectful approach to others
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to completed care training (Full training provided)
- Reliability and a positive attitude.
Desirable:
- Experience in a care or support setting but not essential
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (Or working towards it)
- Full UK Driving Licence
