About Premier Care Management

We believe that every young person should have the opportunity to achieve their potential – whatever their background or experiences.

We provide support and accommodation to vulnerable young people aged 16-19, ensuring they have a secure place to live, relationships with trusted adults and practical support with everyday tasks.

Many of our young people are leaving foster care or residential home or have been young offenders. We support them to live independently, learn practical self-care skills and re-enter education or training. Our properties provide a warm, safe environment where they can build self-esteem, learn positive behaviour and maintain a high standard of personal care, often with 24/7 support.

Why join our care team?

At Premier Care Management we believe in supporting young people to become the person they have the potential to be. That makes our work incredibly rewarding, challenging and inspiring.

You don’t need any experience to join Premier Care Management. You just need a commitment to supporting young people, a positive attitude and the patience and determination to turn someone’s life around.

We work hard to build appropriate, positive and friendly relationships with our young people, allowing them to develop trust and respect for us and others. This includes offering consistent encouragement to achieve set goals in regards to education, work placement, interests and independence.

Our Services

We provide residential support where young people can gain life skills such as cooking, cleaning and budgeting, access to education, work or training and relationships that make them feel valued and nurtured. We offer a 2-on-4-off working pattern, which is 2 full days including sleep, as well as bank contracts for those looking for a more flexible role. Find out more about what we do.

Residential Services

Our 1- and 2-bed residential properties allow us to offer up to 24/7 support to vulnerable young people who are leaving a care setting or seeking independence. Located in the city of Bristol, all properties are staffed by our Outreach Workers and provide a safe and secure home environment.
