What's the Role?

As the Registered Manager, you won't just be managing - you'll be bringing this home to life! From day one, you'll be helping set up the home, building a fantastic team, and creating a warm, supportive environment for children who need it the most. You'll have the chance to shape something special from the ground up, ensuring every detail reflects the care and love we want to provide.

• A leader with experience managing in children's residential care (and ideally, experience opening a home, but don't worry if not!).
• Someone who understands the regulations inside and out and is passionate about exceeding them to deliver the best care possible.

The ideal candidate

You'll have:

• At least 5 years' experience of working with children and young people

• At least 1 year's experience in a senior managerial position

• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and experience in managing Ofsted inspections.

• Level 5 NVQ/Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent), and a good standard of tertiary education

• A full UK driving licence

• The ability to identify the needs of young people

• An understanding of the importance of safeguarding young people
