Contract hours: 30hrs per week, to include sleepover shifts, days. evenings and weekends including bank holidays , To include sleepover shifts, days, evenings and weekends including bank holidays.
Essential requirements:
Full UK driving licence and ability to drive a Motability vehicle
Be Flexible to work a mixture of shifts including long day sleepover
Will and his team are looking for a senior support worker, someone who can continue the journey that they are all on. You will need to be a good team player, able to give and take direction and be open and responsive to feedback. Some leadership experience would be beneficial, but more so Will needs someone who is committed and self-motivated with a positive outlook on life. Does this sound like you?

Will requires support around his daily living needs and his team are supporting him to become more independent around his home. He is doing really well in this area and he has a set of goals that him and his team are working towards. When he is relaxing he loves to watch old episodes of Coronation Street and Dallas on his tablet. Will also has a real love of old classic cars, he likes to visit the Haynes Motor Museum in Somerset and various annual car shows.
When he is not hanging out at home, he likes to visit Paignton and he loves to visit Cornwall for a pub lunch. Will has many gifts and talents, he needs a team who can support him to reach his full potential and who can celebrate his uniqueness. He has a good sense of humour and likes to hear funny stories with funny voices to match.
