ProCare Wales is looking for passionate Support Workers to manage a small team of staff helping adults with complex needs in our home in Llanddulas and in the community.

The role

ProCare Wales has been providing outstanding outcomes for the individuals we support for over 20 years. Due to new individuals transitioning into our service we're now looking for Support Workers to provide hands-on support for adults aged 16-64 who have complex needs. These include learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, autism and mental health needs.

The ideal candidate

You don't have to have experience of working with individuals with complex needs to apply. All you need is a set of sound values, belief in the concept of community living for all and a strong self-awareness. If this sounds like you then we'd love to hear from you.

We have permanent full- and part-time positions available and are particularly looking for candidates who can start immediately.
