Make a Difference, One Child at a Time

At Premier Care Management, we know that every child's journey is unique. As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you'll be at the heart of creating a safe, loving home for children who have faced challenges. Every day, your leadership will help children feel seen, heard and valued, as they build brighter futures.

Your Role

This isn't just about leading - it's about being there for children who need someone to believe in them. You'll be:

  • Guiding and supporting a team of dedicated care workers, ensuring that every child receives the compassionate, trauma-informed care they need.
  • Developing personalised care plans and risk assessments that help children overcome their challenges.
  • Building deep, trusting relationships with children, giving them the emotional security to grow and flourish.
  • Working hand-in-hand with social workers, therapists and educators to ensure each child's care is holistic and tailored to their needs.
  • Creating a home-like environment where children feel safe, cared for and able to express themselves.
  • Leading by example, whether that means handling day-to-day tasks or stepping up in moments of crisis.

What We're Looking For

You're more than just a manager - you're someone who cares deeply and knows how to bring out the best in others. We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Understands trauma and can offer calm, thoughtful guidance even in difficult situations.
  • Is an excellent communicator, able to connect with children, colleagues and external professionals.
  • Can manage day-to-day tasks while keeping an eye on the bigger picture of each child's progress.
  • Brings experience from the care sector, ideally with qualifications in childcare or social work.
  • Stays grounded and composed, helping children feel safe and supported when they need it most.

Why Premier Care?

We're a close-knit team that believes in creating a supportive, empowering work environment. In return for your dedication, we offer:

  • Job security: Be part of a trusted, established organisation where you can feel secure in your role.
  • Growth opportunities: Unlock your potential with training and development that helps you advance in your career.
  • Make a difference: Experience the reward of positively impacting young lives every day.
  • Work-life balance: Enjoy a flexible schedule and policies that prioritise your well-being.
  • Guidance and support: Thrive with experienced leaders who are here to mentor and support your growth.
