Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join team.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our busy team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are eager to support and contribute to the daily operations of the HR department and the wider team.
Your Role:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including pre-employment checks in line with safer recruitment, producing offer letter and new hire materials and conducting orientation sessions where necessary.
- Process employee requests and enquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management, employee relations, and training programs.
- Assist with payroll administration if required.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an HR/Recruitment or administrative role is essential.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
