It's all about the 'super' here, we need a support worker super motivated and super flexible to work with Kate. She has lost a bit of confidence recently and we want you to help her find it again.

Kate lives in Hightae and she is looking for someone to work with her a few hours a week. She needs a buddy, someone who can motivate her to get back involved doing the things she loves. Hightae is difficult for public transport and so you must be a driver but Kate likes to keep fit and she needs someone who can get her out and about walking and maybe swimming now and again. She also likes to cook and bake. It is essential that you are someone who is motivated so that you can encourage Kate to re-engage with the things she loves to do.
Kate is reasonably independent and there is no requirement for any personal care. Your role as support worker will be to act as a buddy to try and build Kate's confidence, there will be some paperwork involved but a full induction and training is provided. We need you to be really flexible and be able to work with Kate when she wants to do things and so there will be some weekend work involved. This is a great opportunity to really make a difference to someone else's life, your support will facilitate Kate's personal growth, what better reason than that to go to work.
