Regional Rota Coordinator
Southampton: Office based : Monday to Friday
We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a full-time Regional Rota Co-ordinator to contribute to the delivery and publication of rotas across all services (supported accommodation, and children's homes. You will be responsible for covering both Sportfit and our sister company Premier Care Management in Bristol.
As a Rota Co-ordinator, you will play an important role in fostering strong relationships with our colleagues, and service managers, promoting best practices in daily rota management. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for details to ensure pro-active communication with managers and teams.

We have a team of approx. 170 staff and are looking to recruit a Rota Coordinator to cover a regional role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with working colleagues, and managers to assist the organisation in filling shifts at short notice.
- Regularly communicating Service Managers to advise of any resource gaps within the rota which may pose a risk to the service delivery.
- Ensure compliant rota fill across all rotas within the allocated budget.
- Manage annual leave requests
- Produce Rota assurance reports for the clinical and non-clinical rota to provide to the service managers to highlight upcoming vacant sessions on the rota.
- Responsible for providing accurate details and reports to HR Manager each month by the payroll cut off:
- To be the superusers for CHARMS rota, maintaining working relationship with CHARMS and ensuring the rota system meets company needs.
- To maintain all rotas changes on CHARMS & live rota in a timely and accurate manner
We're looking for individuals who have:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office or other databases.
- Previous experience of rota planning, preferably in a care setting
- Proven communication skills with people of all levels and backgrounds.
- Ability to work as a team or individually.
- Ability to prioritise workloads in a busy, dynamic environment.
- Ability to communicate complex instructions in a clear manner.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Positive and resilient with a 'can do' approach
- Flexibility and the ability to travel to Bristol at least once a month
