    All roles require a completed Sportfit application along with an up-to-date CV to enable our team to shortlist for interview based on your skills and experience

  • Callback

    Our team will contact you for a friendly chat to tell you more about the roles and answer any questions you have

  • Interview

    The hiring manager and a member of the HR team will interview you to learn more about your skills and suitability for the role

  • Conditional offer

    Congratulations, you got the job! We'll send an offer letter and new starter documents, then your onboarding will begin

  • Your first day

    We can’t wait to welcome you to our Sportfit team. We're committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, so we have a robust Safer Recruitment Policy in place. This process takes approximately 4 weeks to complete, where we check your Right to Work, DBS and references
