Job Overview
Leo is a young guy who enjoys outdoor interests such as biking and golfing, as well as the Xbox, especially CoD. Leo is looking for a like-minded Support Worker to join his team who has similar interests and can adapt to changing energy levels.

The type of person that matches Leo is someone who is resilient to some potential name calling when it's a difficult day, can offer a bit of banter, and who enjoys outdoorsy interests they can take part in and share with Leo. You will need to be both quiet and loud, depending on Leo's needs each day.
Leo needs patient people around him, who will get a good sense of when to push and when not to. Leo can be motivated one day where he will go biking, swimming, or golfing and you will need to jump on these moments, but the next day he may just need downtime with the Xbox or to get additional sleep.
Leo needs support around his house, with his finances and medication, and emotional support especially on the difficult days. He also needs you to be active so that when his energy levels are high, he can get out doing one of his interests, although there may be times you might need to be a motivator to encourage Leo to keep at it. When his energy levels are low, Leo may come across as being short with you especially if you are putting too many demands on him, so a more laid-back approach will be needed.
Leo has a dedicated team around him who have seen him grow in confidence. He is close to his family who play an important role in his life, so its essential that his team work together with the family, so Leo's support network remains strong.
