We are building up a team to work for a man with autism who requires support to rediscover his independence and rebuild his life in Wembury, South Devon.

Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual
As a Support Worker, you will be expected to provide guidance, encouragement, and assistance to empower Lewis to overcome challenges and achieve personal growth. Some of your responsibilities will include attending appointments, making sure he gets all the support he needs with lots of encouragement. You will be supporting Lewis in the family home, so you will need to have flexibility to work around the family and liaising with them to provide the best possible care and having always Lewis best interests at heart.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and a strong understanding of its complexities. You must possess excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in someone's life.

Essential for this job:
Full valid drivers licence and own a car
Good Computer Skills
