Essential for this job: Experience of working with people who have a history of substance misuse, and knowledge of Autism would be beneficial. Leadership skills.

Tommy has a team of people working with him currently, but he needs a Team Leader to lead the team in this new season.

You might be someone who already has some leadership experience or someone looking to develop their leadership skills. Wherever you are in your career just now, we need you to be someone who will show some resilience. In return we will continue to develop you, we offer full training and reflective support and supervision and training that will support you to become the best version of yourself so that you can support Tommy to be the best version of himself.

As part of the team, you will need to have flexibility. You will receive specific to the team training; you must use all of your skills to develop a positive relationship with Tommy. He needs time to build up a trusting relationship, but if you are the right person, you will get there and excel. You must be someone who doesn't take things personally, Tommy is a great guy, and it will be the most rewarding job once you get settled in and get to know him.
