Juventas has a new vacancy come up for a Regional Manager, to oversee and support the running of children's homes across Norfolk and Suffolk (which includes the role of Responsible Individual). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone either in a similar position, or someone with the right experience to step-up into a role like this; if you have senior-level experience within residential children's homes, then this could be the ideal job for you.

Job overview:

  • Leading teams to deliver 'outstanding' operational standards in line with Children's Homes Regulations, National Quality Standards, and Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Hold the position of the 'Responsible Individual', accountable to Ofsted.
  • Role model leadership that engages, motivates and inspires the home managers, creating an environment that enables managers to deliver 'Outstanding' standards of care
  • Create and own a specific area plan that supports and encompasses:

Essential requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience with what's required to register as a Responsible Individual
