Our application process not only aims to identify exceptional talent but also prioritises safeguarding measures to protect our service users and maintain a safe and nurturing environment in which they can thrive.

Your journey

  • Apply

    Once we receive your application we'll shortlist successful applicants

  • Interview

    You'll then be invited for interview, either with Seaside Care's directors or a senior manager

  • Job offer

    If successful, you'll receive a job offer while we carry out reference and DMS checks

  • Your first day

    Welcome to Seaside Care! You'll complete a 3-month induction programme followed by a full contract of employment
