Job Overview
ProCare Wales are looking for passionate Support Workers to support adults with complex needs in our residential provisions in Llanddulas and Rhyl and within our community settings.
The role
ProCare Wales has been providing outstanding outcomes for the individuals we support for over 20 years. Due to new individuals transitioning into our service we're now looking for Support Workers to provide hands-on support for adults aged 16-64 who have complex needs. These include learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, autism and mental health needs.
The ideal candidate
You don't have to have experience of working with individuals with complex needs to apply. All you need is a set of sound values, belief in the concept of community living for all and a strong self-awareness. If this sounds like you then we'd love to hear from you.
We have permanent full- and part-time positions available and are particularly looking for candidates who can start immediately.

Based in North Wales, ProCare Wales provides registered care home and community supported living services for adults and children with complex needs. We specialise in caring for people who have been excluded from mainstream or specialist services or experienced previous placement breakdowns.
