Position Overview - As the Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management and operation of the residential home. You will support the Registered Manager in leading the team, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of care. - Assisting the Registered Manager in the overall management of the home, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively.

- Ensuring that the care provided meets the individual needs of each child, promoting their well-being and development.
- Overseeing the implementation of care plans, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated.
- Supporting the training and development of staff, conducting regular supervision and appraisals.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety standards.
- Managing budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the home operates within financial constraints.
- Acting as a point of contact for external agencies, families, and other stakeholders.
- Deputising for the Registered Manager in their absence, taking on full managerial responsibilities as required.
