  • Maintaining our Good CQC rating and driving continuous quality improvement.
  • Creating a positive, recovery-focused culture for residents and staff.
  • Leading, motivating and developing a skilled multidisciplinary team.
  • Ensuring excellent clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Overseeing care planning, safeguarding and risk management.
  • Managing budgets, resources and service performance.
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, commissioners and external professionals.
  • Promoting continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to further enhance the quality of the service.

About you

You'll be a confident, compassionate leader with:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification and current NMC PIN.
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a mental health setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC standards, governance and safeguarding.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience in medication management, risk assessment and clinical oversight.
  • The ability to inspire, motivate and develop teams.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred mental health care.
  • A full UK driving licence.
