Permanent | £12.70 per hour | £40 per sleep-in (approx. £6,076 per annum)
Contract: 32 hours per month + 2 sleep-ins
Shift Pattern: Two shifts on 7:00am-11:00pm + sleep-in 11:00pm-7:00am

This flexible contract is ideal for those seeking meaningful work that fits around other commitments. You'll work 32 hours per month, including 2 sleep-in shifts, supporting young people in a safe, nurturing environment.
Your Role
This is more than a job - it's a chance to make a lasting impact. You'll be:
- Supporting young people in supported accommodation, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Delivering tailored care packages that promote personal growth and independence.
- Teaching essential life skills such as budgeting, cooking, and household management.
- Building trusting relationships and helping young people develop self-control and direction.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals.
- Recording daily notes and contributing to care planning.
What We're Looking For
You're not just a support worker - you're a mentor and a role model. We're looking for someone who:
- Communicates clearly and compassionately, both verbally and in writing.
- Understands the challenges faced by young people and responds with empathy.
- Is flexible and reliable, with availability for varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Has experience in outreach or care settings (preferred).
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to transport.
