Join our expert team as a Team Leader in our woman's only service in Manchester where you will support and assist our clients in all aspects of their daily lives, ensuring they receive a high standard of physical, emotional and social care.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalised care to service users, respecting their dignity and choices.
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation and daily activities.
- Administer medication and accompany service users to appointments.
- Develop and implement individual support plans.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to Care Quality Commission standards.
- Foster strong relationships with service users, their families, and external agencies.
- Participate in regular training and complete the care certificate within 6 months.
Requirements:
- Ability to carry out care tasks under supervision.
- Effective communication skills.
- Basic understanding of safeguarding and service user needs.
- Willingness to collaborate with nursing staff and other professionals.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
- NVQ Level 3 or willing to work towards.
