Hilary loves socialising and is looking to recruit a confident Temporary Team Leader who can lead her staff team to support her in her own home. Hilary would like her Temporary Team Leader to be able to hold strong boundaries but also have some fun with her. Hilary likes to keep busy and enjoys interacting with others, she needs someone who can provide positive encouragement and enthusiasm in her day-to-day life.

Hilary is sociable person who enjoys being out. Hilary has a mobility vehicle which she uses to visit different places. She does like to have a plan of what she will be doing on any given day, this may involve her visiting her sister with who she has a good relationship. Sometimes she might choose to have a day at home using her iPad or watching movies, she especially enjoys watching soaps. We are looking to recruit a Team Leader who has experience in leadership or the potential to lead. The Team Leader must be forward thinking and be able to demonstrate confidence in leading Hilary's team to enable her to achieve her hopes and dreams. You will also support Hilary in her own home to build on her independence and daily living skills. You will provide emotional and health support to Hilary and will lead the team in supporting her to explore fresh opportunities and make and sustain friendships. Hilary genuinely enjoys the company of other people and is kind and thoughtful. You should be someone who can advocate on behalf of Hilary and have her best interests at the centre of every decision that is made. Hilary likes to feel safe and so rules and boundaries are important to her. Hilary is a proud person, she likes to look nice, and she likes to keep her house tidy, she needs a bit of support in these areas. Hilary has experienced some difficult times in the past and so she needs people in her team who understand this and people who will support her through the difficult times.
