As Team Leader for Joe, you'll be the spark that keeps the team buzzing! With your natural leadership skills, you'll confidently steer a crew of 6 to 8 awesome people, making sure every shift runs smoothly and with good vibes. You won't just 'manage' - you'll cheer people on, jump in to help, and keep the energy high. Plus, you'll get dedicated management time to work your magic behind the scenes: sorting rotas, joining in on training, and helping the whole team (and yourself!) level up.
