Supporting in the family home will bring some challenges and you will need to be a good manager of relationships and a pendulum to keep the team stable along with the family. Lewis is a TV fan, especially soaps and other shows like mastermind. Being a bubbly, positive, outgoing and confident person will be the spice we need to make up an amazing team leader and a great team around Lewis.

It will be part of your role to manage the team's rotas, support & supervisions, develop a trustful relationship with Lewis and the family, having always his best interest at heart.

Essential for this job:

Must hold a full UK driving licence and own a car

Good experience of leadership
