Seaside Care Homes are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Workers or Senior Support Workers (with a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care). Located in a cosy 5-bedded home in Clacton, you'll provide essential support to young adults living with disabilities and complex healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, compassionately and respectfully.
- Plan and participate in a range of social, educational and community activities to enhance the lives of those we support.
- Provide companionship and support for emotional, social and spiritual needs.
- Encourage and enable independence among our residents.
Requirements:
- Caring, compassionate, and patient nature.
- Availability for both day and night shifts.
- Non-smoking environment.
