Job Overview

We are looking for caring, motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as a Care Assistant. You'll play a key role in supporting our residents with their daily routines, personal care social activities and community involvement. Each day will be different, but every day you'll make a genuine difference.

This is a service of two location who provide nursing and residential care and support to younger adults with complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provided high-quality care and support in line with individuals care plans
  • Promote independence, choice, dignity in all aspects of daily living.
  • Support with personal care, meals and medication (When required)
  • Encourage and assist residents to take part in recreational and social activities.
  • Supporting residents on outings, day trips, appointments and activities.
  • Maintain accurate care records and report any changes or concerns promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses, seniors and management to ensure best outcomes.

We are looking for people who are compassionate, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping others.

Essential:

  • A Caring and respectful approach to others
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to completed care training (Full training provided)
  • Reliability and a positive attitude.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a care or support setting but not essential
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (Or working towards it)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
