We are recruiting for a brand-new service recently opened in Clacton-on Sea. Marella Lodge is situated in Gorse Lane will be the sister home for the well-established Driftwood Lodge and offer a permanent home to four young people with learning disabilities and complex care needs. Marella Lodge has been thoughtfully adapted for the young people that will call it home.
The brand-new team for this amazing opportunity will consist of Support Workers or Senior Support Workers (if you hold Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care) who are passionate about the best possible quality care, who are dedicated, resilient, kind-hearted, imaginative and truly want to make a difference.
You will work to support young adults with disabilities, and complex health care needs. You will be part of an amazing, vibrant, forward-thinking team with plenty of opportunities to progress and develop supported by our Manager & Clinical Co-coordinator.

We have a person-centred support ethos which enables individuals to maximise their potential and increase their independence, choice and community inclusion. Our Support Workers/ Senior Support Workers play a vital role in making that happen.

We fund all training, so no experience is necessary. The most important qualification is a caring, compassionate and patient nature, and a desire to have a lasting positive impact on the lives of the young people we support.
